X-ray micro – CT

3D X-ray microscopy uniquely enables to image the internal 3D structure of your samples in a non-destructive way. The underlying technological method is micro computed tomography, a non-destructive imaging technology pioneered by Bruker. It is the same method used in medical CT scans, but on a small scale with massively increased resolution.

Bruker offers a unique portfolio of 3D X-ray microscopes with resolution down to the sub-micron level covering both material science and life science applications.

The range of techniques includes the following: MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), Nuclear Molecular ImagingPET (Positron Emission Tomography), SPECT (Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography) micro-CT (Micro Computed Tomography), optical imaging and magnetic particle (MPI) imaging.
